Accessibility Statement

NOBULLSHIT CONSEIL applies RGAA 4.1 to the recapro.ai website. This is voluntary: below 250 million euros in turnover, a private company falls outside Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102. We comply because our public-sector customers are themselves bound by it, and because a meeting-notes tool has to stay usable by everyone.

Compliance status

The website www.recapro.ai targets RGAA 4.1 and WCAG 2.1 level AA. Criteria that can be checked automatically are checked on every change to the site, with no tolerated violation. Criteria that need a human eye go through a periodic review whose checklist and date appear below.

Technologies Used

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (Tailwind CSS)
  • JavaScript (ES2020+)
  • EJS (templates)

Accessibility Features

  • Skip link to main content
  • Semantic HTML5 structure (header, main, footer, nav)
  • Full keyboard navigation
  • ARIA attributes on interactive elements
  • Alternative text on informational images
  • Color contrast compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA
  • Visible focus on all interactive elements
  • Responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is not yet fully accessible:

  • Some decorative images may lack an empty alt attribute
  • Embedded videos (YouTube) depend on the third-party platform accessibility

Human review

The 91 automated rules cover only part of RGAA. The criteria below need a human eye and were checked by hand. Last reviewed: 16 August 2026.

  • Tab order: keyboard walk through the navigation, mobile menu, pricing selectors and comparison tables, with no keyboard trap
  • Link text that makes sense out of context, especially the "learn more" labels repeated from card to card
  • Relevance of text alternatives: decorative images left empty, informative ones describing what they carry
  • Animated content: scrolling and transitions stopped under prefers-reduced-motion
  • Heading outline consistency, from the single h1 down to subsections, across the four page templates
