Noota states that it stores customer data on Google Cloud Platform, in European data centers (France, Belgium, Netherlands), with keys managed by Google KMS. Recapro Cloud keeps its data at rest at Scaleway, fr-par region, and Cloudflare terminates TLS in transit.
Installation on your servers
Noota’s pricing grid lists an option, in the Enterprise plan (from 50 licences, on quote), for “Privately hosted AI & Data”, without stating publicly whether this means an installation at the customer’s site. Recapro publishes the price of Fortress On-Premise: €19.90/seat/month, 10 seats minimum, hardware extra from €4,990.
Recording modes
Noota records through a Chrome extension, a desktop app, an iOS and Android app, or an assistant that joins the video call. According to its help center, this assistant appears as a participant and posts an announcement message, which the user can customise or turn off. Recapro records from the participant’s mobile or desktop app.
Mobile recording without network
The Recapro mobile app records offline; transcription runs on our servers once the network is back, or locally with Fortress On-Premise. Offline operation of the Noota app is not documented as of October 16, 2026.
Private debrief
