Recapro.ai is a sovereign AI assistant that transforms your professional meetings into structured reports. It records, transcribes and automatically generates actionable reports, without ever exposing your data to foreign public clouds.

You have the choice between two architectures: Sovereign Cloud hosted in France (France-Nuage in Vendee and Scaleway in Paris), or On-Premise with a physical server installed on your premises. In both cases, your data never leaves French territory or your trusted perimeter.

Recapro is natively GDPR compliant. Cookieless mode is enabled by default on our website. Our infrastructure is 100% European. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. An automatic retention policy is configurable per organization.

The Recapro mobile app records locally on your device, even without a network connection. When the connection is restored (Wi-Fi, local network, VPN), recordings are automatically synchronized with your server (Cloud or On-Premise) for transcription and report generation.

The Sovereign Cloud hosts your data on our secure servers in France, accessible via the Internet with TLS 1.3 encryption. On-Premise installs a physical server on your premises, in a closed circuit, with zero external connection. On-Premise is recommended for high-criticality sectors (defense, banking, legal).

A Fortress draws roughly 130 W at peak, with a typical load around 80 W. Over 24 hours, that is ≈ 3 kWh per day, about the same as a desktop PC left on around the clock. At the French regulated EDF base rate of May 2026 (€0.194/kWh incl. tax), that is ≈ €0.58 per day, or ≈ €210 per year. Consumption is physically auditable on site with a wattmeter, something no cloud provider offers today.

A Fortress has two budget lines: a one-time hardware purchase (€4,900 to €21,000 depending on the tier) and a monthly Sovereign Shield package (€220 to €1,620). With ≈ €210/year of electricity, the 3-year total cost stays predictable and is booked as capital expenditure rather than recurring opex. It is also a transparency lever: the electricity consumption of the infrastructure is physically measurable and attributable to your organization, something no cloud solution allows.

No. Recapro contractually and technically guarantees that your voice data is NEVER used to train a third-party AI model. Recordings are processed then destroyed or archived according to your retention policy.

Above 90 users, it goes to quote (Fortress+). We are the only ones in the market publishing the entire On-Premise grid on the website.

Yes, with no hidden conditions. Cloud Starter gives you 120 minutes of audio processing per month with all Cloud features: transcription, AI summary, web dashboard, mobile apps, integrations. No credit card required. Your data is hosted in France on the same infrastructure as paid plans. It is never used to train an AI model. Beyond 120 min/month, Cloud Solo and Cloud Team plans scale with you.
