1. The Service

Recapro.ai is an intelligent assistant for professionals that records your meetings, generates transcriptions and creates structured reports. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your voice recordings and generate summaries. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content before use.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activities under your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

One account per user: Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts without notice or refund. Each user is limited to a single account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe the rights of third parties; (c) upload or transmit malicious code or abuse, harass or harm others; (d) attempt to access the Service or associated systems without authorization; (e) use the Service to create or train competing products; or (f) submit illegal, confidential or sensitive personal data in recordings unless you have a legal basis and necessary permissions.

4. Your content

"User Content" means voice recordings, transcriptions, reports, documents or other materials you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display and create derivative works from your User Content only to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service (including security, abuse detection, debugging, analytics and quality). You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

5. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them without restriction.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics and artificial intelligence services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSAFE; YOU MUST VERIFY AND VALIDATE BEFORE USE.

8.1 Service availability

TASKFORCE LABS will endeavor to ensure continuous access to the Services. By exception, however, TASKFORCE LABS may suspend access to all or part of the Services, for example, for maintenance or update purposes, and for any reason aimed at improving the Services provided to the User.

Except in cases justified by emergency or force majeure, TASKFORCE LABS will notify the User of the suspension of the Services on its Website or by any other appropriate means.

Due to the nature of the Internet, the User acknowledges and accepts that TASKFORCE LABS cannot be held responsible for interruptions or alterations of access to the Services that may be caused by the Internet or the means of connection used by the User.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA OR BUSINESS DISRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless TASKFORCE LABS and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, liability and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create a risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration under French international arbitration law, held in Nantes, France, in French. Each party may seek injunction or equitable relief before any competent court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
